Burnout, Rage, and Soul Fatigue
You've done everything you were supposed to do. You've kept things functional and held it together for everyone else. Even while pushing through exhaustion, underneath, your system is running on empty.
True burnout is more than just feeling tired after a long week. It is a profound, systemic depletion, a feeling that your vitality has been entirely compromised by the relentless demands of your career, your family, or your community.
When you are the "steady one" who always adapts, your body eventually forces a pause.
This Is for You If
You feel an acute sense of "soul fatigue", a deep, cellular exhaustion that sleep, vacations, or weekends off can no longer fix.
Uncharacteristic irritability or rage, easily triggered by minor disruptions.
Your body absorbs stress as muscle tension, heartburn, GI distress, or chronic tightness.
Workplace demands leave you panicked or wondering if you're in the right career.
You cope by withdrawing or "suffering in silence."

Rest is not the reward for finishing. It's the ground you stand on.
A Somatic and Relational Approach to Burnout
We work somatically and relationally to help your system come back online, not by pushing through, but by finally letting exhaustion be heard.
Standard burnout advice usually tells you to practice better time management, take a vacation, or download a mindfulness app. But when exhaustion has settled deep into your cells, you cannot simply "self-care" your way out of a physiological collapse. Traditional talk therapy can help you understand your burnout intellectually, but lasting relief comes from working directly with the body, so your nervous system can finally register that it's safe to stop performing and start resting.
Tending to the Whole Cycle
While our immediate priority is always to cool the fires of your exhaustion, true recovery rarely happens in isolation. As the fog clears, we gently look at the surrounding pillars keeping this cycle alive.
We take care of your immediate exhaustion first. Then, when you are ready, we look at the roots.
Where These Themes Come Alive
Why having options, and feeling safe enough to take them, is at the center of recovery.
How chronic overwork quietly erodes your sense of agency, and what reclaiming choice can look like.

A Different Way Forward
You don't have to hold it alone.
Together, we make room for what burnout hides, so your rhythm and your voice can return.
